This is a proper alecha blend, not just turmeric. It has the right amount of ginger and garlic which is the perfect base for a mild, flavourful stew for my children.
I thought this would just be like the turmeric in my cabinet. I was so wrong. It's a complete flavour base! It's savoury and aromatic, with ginger and garlic. I made an amazing chickpea curry with it.
