We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return a product. We have a 14-day return policy. We will accept a return of your order within 14 days of the date of the order if returned in its original condition. We cannot accept a return if any seal on the product has been broken or damaged.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When returning the order to us, please provide us with a tracking number and ensure you obtain a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery company. Please contact us first at hello@ethiopianfoodie.co.uk, if you do wish to return your order. 

In the very unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, please inform us immediately by emailing hello@ethiopianfoodie.co.uk and we will let you know how to proceed.
