A fully plant-based and gluten-free selection of Ethiopian recipes. This ebook highlights recipes that you don't usually find in restaurants outside of Ethiopia. There is a glossary at the end for you to refer to. I have also included notes for each recipe, with suggestions for substitutions and other tips.
Here are the recipes featured in this ebook:
- Ye’Jackfruit Shorba – A hearty Jackfruit, Bean, and Vegetable Soup
- Pasta be’Sugo – Ethiopian Berbere Spiced Pasta
- Qosta be’Dinich – Garlicky Swiss Chard and Potatoes

I have Vol 1 and loved it, but Vol 2 is my favourite. Pasta be'Sugo? Tempeh Minchet? These recipes are so creative and delicious. It's really expanded my repertoire. The vegan Nitter Qibbeh and Ayib recipes are game-changers!
I was so happy to see recipes like Qosta be'Dinich and Dabo Firfir. These are the dishes I grew up with that you never see in restaurants. The recipes are clear, and the flavour is right.
